QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITERIA:

  1. Resident of Watertown/Oakville
  2. Demonstrated Academic Achievement
  3. Demonstrated Community Service
  4. Demonstrated Financial Need
  5. Current High School Senior  

SCHOLARSHIPS AND FUNDS AVAILABLE:  

  1. Watertown Lions Club Academic Scholarship
    $2,000 - awarded to a student who will be attending a four-year college or university.
  2. Watertown Lions Club Memorial Scholarship
    $2,000 - awarded to a student who will be attending a technical, vocational, or trade school.
  3. Watertown Lions Club Community Service Scholarship
    $2,000 - awarded to a student who will be attending a four-year college or university, a technical, vocational, or trade school. 

HOW TO APPLY:

Applications are available at the Guidance Office. Complete the application. Attach an official school transcript with grades, rank, and standardized test results such as CAPT and SAT scores. Attach an autobiographical sketch describing past accomplishments, extracurricular activities, interests, hobbies, and future vocational plans. Please include any community service projects you have been involved with. Have a parent/guardian verify the information and sign the application. Applications are due by the end of the first week of April.
